Android Update Issue 24/04/2024

 

An urgent notice for any customers experiencing issues purchasing and downloading tickets on Android devices.

Android performed an operating system update which caused some issues within our app. This has prevented customers from downloading ticket purchases, and in some instances from purchasing tickets.

An update has now been released to rectify the issues, and any customers experiencing the problems above will need to do an update as soon as possible.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
