Lost property

Lost Property Policy

All items of lost property that are found on our vehicles are collected and returned to our main depot in Byfleet.

They will then be tagged with the following details on when and where the item was found:

  • Date and time
  • Vehicle ID
  • Route number
  • Coach Booking Reference Number (if applicable)
  • Description

The item will then be stored in the relevant lost property box in the office.

If items are not collected within 4 weeks they will be disposed of. Any food or perishable items will be disposed of immediately.

Any items of high value (such as mobile phones) we will require proof of identification before items can be released.

To report lost property please contact our customer services team on 01932 787752 - we are open from 0930 until 1400, on Mondays to Fridays only. They will be able to confirm if we have found your missing items or not.

Any lost property will need to be collected from our main depot in Byfleet. No appointment is necessary but please note that lost property can only be collected from 0930 until 1400 on Mondays to Fridays only.

Please note that we are unable to post, deliver or return any lost property to you, all items must be collected from our offices during the hours shown above.

We do not accept any responsibility for any items that are left on our buses and coaches, or any items that are returned to our depots.
