Our 514 & 515 Services, now operate from Kingston to Kingston as Circular service. The 514 service goes to Esher First
The 514 Service operates via Surbiton, Thames Ditton, Esher, Hersham, Molesey, Thames Ditton and Surbiton.
Please note that our revised full timetable came into effect on the 1st September 2020
Further to our recent Service update on the 11th September 2020, regarding the reduced capacity on our buses due to Social Distancing Requirements.
We continue to review and seek clarification from our Trade Bodies (CPT), The DFT and also Surrey County Council, regarding the need to social distancing whilst traveling on public transport. We can confirm that the guidelines on practising social distancing whilst travel on buses, remains unchanged and the 1 metre plus rule still applies.
This means that our buses will continue to operate following the Social distancing requirements, so our vehicles are only able to carry 12 individual passengers, unless passenger's are traveling with their families bubbles which will then increase the number of passengers who can travel.
We continue to closely monitor passenger loadings very carefully and where we see continued patterns of buses being full on certain journeys (usually around school times) we will look to provide duplicate services to carry the School Children. These additional services are provided in conjunction with Surrey County Council, we are working closely with our colleagues at Surrey's Transport department to try and ensure all our passengers can travel on their preferred service.
Duplicate Services are already in place on heavily loaded School journeys on the 461, 408, E5 and 73 servcices
The advise that we are getting from our trade bodies and the DFT is that you should try to travel outside of peak journeys if possible to help ensure those that have to travel in peak times are able to do so.
We apologise if you have been unable to catch your preferred bus and for any inconvenience that this has caused you.
Face Coverings - Updated 21st July 2020
With effect from Monday, 15th June 2020, it will become compulsory for all passengers unless exempt for medical reasons or age (children under 11) to wear a face covering when travelling on public transport in England. This follows new Guidance and Regulations that have been issued by the Government, while we recover from the Coronavirus.
Our drivers have been instructed to challenge any passenger who refuses to wear a face covering, and if they refuse then we will keep records of the refusal and these passengers will be reported to the authorities.
Please be aware that our drivers have been issued with a clear visor or a face covering which they will wear while passengers board or alight. However they will not wear these while they are driving as they are exempt from having to.
Please ensure that you are carrying and wearing you face mask, when you board and travel on our buses.
We are pleased to announce that Contactless Payments are now being accepted on all our bus routes.
As of today 24/10/2018, it is now possible to purchase any ticket that is normally available to buy on the bus, up to the value of £30, using Contactless Payment bank card or via Apple or Android Pay.
