Emergency Timetable in Operation Service Only Operating M-F
With effect from Monday, 15th June 2020, it will become mandatory for all passengers (excluding children under 5 and disabled pass holders) to wear a face covering when travelling on public transport in England. This follows new Guidance and Regulations that have been issued by the Government, while we recover from the Coronavirus.
Unfortunately, our drivers will have to refuse travel to anyone not wearing a face covering from this date.
Please ensure that you are carrying and wearing you face mask, when you board and travel on our buses.
With effect of the 14th April 2020, we are implementing the following new safety measures to help ensure the safety of our staff, customers and your fellow passengers.
To protect those traveling on our buses, we are asking our customers and passengers to follow the guidelines that have been issued buy Public Health England regarding social distancing to help protect our Staff, Key Workers and other passengers while you travel.
Since the pandemic started our already high cleaning standards have been increased and now every vehicle is being deep cleaned nightly, with extra attention given to all surfaces, hand poles, and grab handles now being all sanitized nightly,
All our routes continue to be operated (most to reduced frequency's in off peak hours), these routes are all essential to support NHS and other key worker needing to travel, as well as those in our communities who require our buses to get them to Doctors, Supermarkets and Pharmacy's. We ask that everyone who travels on our buses help ensure our buses remain as safe a possible.
The current situation is something that has never happened before and we would ask that our staff are treated with respect and that all our passengers continue to be patient, Our staff continue to provide a vital service in challenging circumstances, and so deserve to be treated with respect.

As an update and reminder we just wanted to confirm what services and frequency's will be operating on Saturday's from the 4th April for the foreseeable future.

The numbers of passengers we are carrying is reducing while we all self isolate ourselves to fight the Coronavirus.
We at Falcon are dedicated to provide passenger transport to our key workers and so we will continue to run most of our bus services. However due to the reduction in passenger numbers we are having to make the following changes to our time tables with effect from Wednesday 25th March 2020.
Copies of our time tables will be updated to our website tomorrow morning, and copies will be made available on the buses from Wednesday.

Further to our service update on the 18th September, we are pleased to advise that our Mobile Phone App is now back working. This means that all M-Tickets should now be fully operational.

We apologise for the issues that some off you may have found over the past few days of issues of our mobile phone app not working and issues where you have been unable to use your M-Tickets.
Our Website / App partners are working on the issue and we hope to have everything fully operational by the end of the week.
If you are having issues using your M-Ticket and have to purchased a standard fare on the bus from our driver please keep hold of your paper ticket and contact our office where we will make a full refund for the extra costs you have incurred.

We apologise for the delays to our services today due to roadworks that have started on our affected routes being the 514/515 and 456.
There are currently major traffic delays in Kingston due to roadworks and this is having an impact our the service. The 515/514 service is currently terminating at College Roundabout heading into Kingston. Services to Weybridge are commencing from College Roundabout.
Due to road works on New Haw road the 456 service is operating with delays heading into Staines and Woking of upto 20 minutes in either direction.

Due to the closure of the M25 and Hampton Court Road this morning all our bus services are running late this morning, they are all being affected by the additional traffic in the area.

We are pleased to announce that Contactless Payments are now being accepted on all our bus routes.
As of today 24/10/2018, it is now possible to purchase any ticket that is normally available to buy on the bus, up to the value of £30, using Contactless Payment bank card or via Apple or Android Pay.
