Student Term Time Travelcard

From September 2025 a number of schools in Surrey are no longer allowing students to bring mobile phones into schools.

To enable students to travel using tickets previously issued and activated on a mobile phone we will be introducing the Student Term Time Travelcard.

Only full and half term passes will be issued in travelcard format - however daily or weekly tickets will be available to purchase as paper tickets on board and the full range of M-tickets will still be available to purchase as normal for those still able to use their mobile phone.


Create account 

In order to access these tickets students must set up an account on our website by clicking here or by using our app. A clear profile photo that is a true likeness of the student will be required on the account and this will be printed onto the travelcard for identification.

When creating your account, you must complete the address fields fully as your travelcard will be posted to you using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For postage.

If the student already has an online account with us in their name, then this account may be used - but please ensure that both a profile photo and up to date address have been added as detailed above.


Purchase ticket

Once you have created your account please purchase the correct term or half term ticket for the route required using the website or app. After purchasing the required pass please email sales@falconch.com with the following details:

  • Email address used to register the account
  • The ticket order number

Your Student Term Time Travelcard will then be posted to you.

  • 615 Travelcard - Full term £175  Half term £90
  • 621 Travelcard - Full term £145  Half term £75
  • 663 Travelcard - Full term £155  Half term £80
  • 814 Travelcard - Full term £155  Half term £80
  • YUGO Travelcard (not valid on routes 615, 621, 663 & 814) - Half term £80


Terms & conditions

Closing date for applications is Friday 22 August 2025

Applications received after the closing date will still be processed, however students will not be able to travel without their Term Time Travelcard and will need to pay standard fares whilst travelling until this is received*.

Lost cards will be subject to a £10 replacement charge. A travelcard requiring replacement due to wear from normal use will be replaced for free on return of the current travelcard. Students will need to pay standard fares whilst travelling until their replacement travelcard is received*.

*Any fares paid before receipt of the travelcard or while waiting for a replacement will not be refundable.


The travelcard is only valid for the student who is named and pictured on the card, and it must be scanned and shown to the driver when boarding.
Any fraudulent use by persons other than the named student on the card will result in the travelcard being suspended with immediate effect, with no refund given, and their online account locked with no further ability to buy discounted passes in the future.

We carry out regular automated audits and these will be monitored and actioned on a daily basis.
