We're excited to announce that our new app & website will be launching in April 2026!

Launching on Wednesday 8 April, the brand new Falcon Buses app & website will be packed with new features and an improved user experience for our customers.

We have listened to your feedback regarding issues with our current app & website and worked closely with our new supplier to create a fresh new look and feel, as well as being faster, and easier to navigate.

More details will be added here over the coming weeks, but if you are currently using our M-ticket products with the current app & website then please click here to read some important information regarding the switchover process.

For our Android customers who have experienced ongoing issues with the current app we again offer our sincere apologies for the extended, and unacceptable delay, that we have had from our current app supplier in resolving the problems on this platform. With our new app just weeks away we look forward to Android customers being able to once again make full use of our M-ticket products.
