Important changes for M-ticket users 06/03/2026

As we launch our new app & website this April, customers using M-tickets should read this very important information regarding the switchover.

From Wednesday 8 April 2026 we will be launching the brand new Falcon Buses app & website. For more details on this please click here.

If you are currently a user of our M-ticket products then you will need to have activated and used any product you have purchased through our current app or website before 2359 on Tuesday 7 April 2026.

Our new app & website are being provided by a new supplier and from Wednesday 8 April 2026 you will need to download the new Falcon Buses app from your chosen App Store and set up a new customer account. The account, or any ticketing products bought through it, that you currently have with us will not transfer to our new supplier.

As our current range of M-ticket products will not be transferrable to the new app, we will be withdrawing products from sale as we move towards the changeover date to prevent customers from purchasing an M-ticket that they will not be able to use for its full duration.

If you currently have any unactivated tickets on your device then you are recommended to activate and use these at the earliest opportunity to ensure that you can use them for the full duration, as they will only be valid until 2359 on Tuesday 7 April regardless of how much time is left remaining at this point.

Falcon Day Pass - available for purchase up until 2359 on Monday 6 April 2026 (Any tickets should be activated and used before 2359 on Tuesday 7 April 2026)
Falcon Week Pass - available to purchase up until 2359 on Monday 30 March 2026 (Any tickets should be activated on or before Wednesday 1 April 2026 for the full duration of 7 days to be available)
Falcon 4 Week Pass - available to purchase up until 2359 on Monday 9 March 2026 (Any tickets should be activated on or before Wednesday 11 March 2026 for the full duration of 28 days to be available)
Falcon 10 Trips - available to purchase up until 2359 on Monday 9 March 2026 (all remaining journeys should be activated and used before 2359 on Tuesday 7 April 2026)
Woking Week Pass - available to purchase up until 2359 on Monday 30 March 2026 (Any tickets should be activated on or before Wednesday 1 April 2026 for the full duration of 7 days to be available)
Route 81 Week Pass - available to purchase up until 2359 on Monday 30 March 2026 (Any tickets should be activated on or before Wednesday 1 April 2026 for the full duration of 7 days to be available)

School & Student Passes

Student Half Term & Term Pass - these have been removed from sale for the Spring Term. Passes for the Summer Term will be available through our new app & website from Wednesday 8 April 2026
Student Weekly Pass - available to purchase up until 2359 on Friday 20 March 2026 (Any tickets should be activated on or before Saturday 21 March 2026 for the full duration of 7 days to be available)
Student Single/Return - available to purchase up until 1200 on Friday 27 March 2026 (Any tickets should be activated and used on or before Friday 27 March 2026)

From Wednesday 8 April 2026 our old app & website will be switched off and all purchases must be made through our new app & website.
