Information for Android users 09/01/2026
We are aware of an issue for users of the latest Android operating system being unable to download our app.
This issue is only affecting new downloads of the app and users with the app already installed on their device should not experience any issues.
Our app provider is working to fix this problem and we hope to release an update in the coming weeks. We recommend that customers with the latest Android operating system check that they are able to download the app before purchasing any tickets online.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this issue will be causing at this time.

For our Android customers who have experienced ongoing issues with the current app we again offer our sincere apologies for the extended, and unacceptable delay, that we have had from our current app supplier in resolving the problems on this platform. With our new app just weeks away we look forward to Android customers being able to once again make full use of our M-ticket products.
