Due to works taking place on Kennel Lane, Fetcham will be closed Northbound from 5th Jan 2026 for a period of 2 weeks. During this period the 479 service heading towards Epsom will diverting via Bell Lane and The Street.
This will mean the following bus stops in the Northbound Direction will not be served:-

Dawney Hill, Pirbright will be closed from Monday 13 October 2025 for around 22 weeks for road widening works to be undertaken.
Buses on route 28 & 690 will be diverted in both directions as follows:
Route 28
Buses towards Guildford will run as normal to Brookwood rail station, then turn using the station forecourt and return along Connaught Road to Brookwood crossroads, turn right onto Bagshot Road, right onto Cemetery Pales, continue along Ave De Cagny, and then left onto Guildford Road before returning to the normal route.
Towards Woking buses will run the above diversion in reverse.
During this time route 28 buses will not stop at the following stops:
Route 690
Buses towards Worplesdon will runs as normal to Slade Road in Pirbright Camp, before returning along Connaught Road to Brookwood crossroads, turn right onto Bagshot Road, right onto Cemetery Pales, continue along Ave De Cagny, and then left onto Guildford Road before returning to the normal route.
Towards Woking buses will run the above diversion in reverse.
During this time route 690 buses will not stop at the following stops:

Due to works taking place Station Road Addlestone will be closed until 31st dec 2025. The 461 service will be on diversion heading towards St Peter's Hospital as follows:-
Woburn Hill, Chertsey Road, High Street, Station Road, Circumnavigate Addlestone Roundabout, serve Addlestone Tesco Bus Stop located outside Greggs, then normal line of route.
