Emergency Timetable in Operation Service Only Operating M-F
The 28 service runs from Woking Broadway (next to the Railway Station) to Guildford Friary Bus Station, the service runs via St Johns, Knaphill, Brookwood, Pirbright and Worplesden.
Please note there is a revised Time Table that came into effect on the 1st September 2019
With effect from Monday, 15th June 2020, it will become mandatory for all passengers (excluding children under 5 and disabled pass holders) to wear a face covering when travelling on public transport in England. This follows new Guidance and Regulations that have been issued by the Government, while we recover from the Coronavirus.
Unfortunately, our drivers will have to refuse travel to anyone not wearing a face covering from this date.
Please ensure that you are carrying and wearing you face mask, when you board and travel on our buses.
With effect of the 14th April 2020, we are implementing the following new safety measures to help ensure the safety of our staff, customers and your fellow passengers.
To protect those traveling on our buses, we are asking our customers and passengers to follow the guidelines that have been issued buy Public Health England regarding social distancing to help protect our Staff, Key Workers and other passengers while you travel.
Since the pandemic started our already high cleaning standards have been increased and now every vehicle is being deep cleaned nightly, with extra attention given to all surfaces, hand poles, and grab handles now being all sanitized nightly,
All our routes continue to be operated (most to reduced frequency's in off peak hours), these routes are all essential to support NHS and other key worker needing to travel, as well as those in our communities who require our buses to get them to Doctors, Supermarkets and Pharmacy's. We ask that everyone who travels on our buses help ensure our buses remain as safe a possible.
The current situation is something that has never happened before and we would ask that our staff are treated with respect and that all our passengers continue to be patient, Our staff continue to provide a vital service in challenging circumstances, and so deserve to be treated with respect.

As an update and reminder we just wanted to confirm what services and frequency's will be operating on Saturday's from the 4th April for the foreseeable future.

The numbers of passengers we are carrying is reducing while we all self isolate ourselves to fight the Coronavirus.
We at Falcon are dedicated to provide passenger transport to our key workers and so we will continue to run most of our bus services. However due to the reduction in passenger numbers we are having to make the following changes to our time tables with effect from Wednesday 25th March 2020.
Copies of our time tables will be updated to our website tomorrow morning, and copies will be made available on the buses from Wednesday.

Further to our service update on the 18th September, we are pleased to advise that our Mobile Phone App is now back working. This means that all M-Tickets should now be fully operational.

We apologise for the issues that some off you may have found over the past few days of issues of our mobile phone app not working and issues where you have been unable to use your M-Tickets.
Our Website / App partners are working on the issue and we hope to have everything fully operational by the end of the week.
If you are having issues using your M-Ticket and have to purchased a standard fare on the bus from our driver please keep hold of your paper ticket and contact our office where we will make a full refund for the extra costs you have incurred.

We apologise for the delays to our services today due to roadworks that have affected routes 456 and 28.
There are currently major traffic delays in West Byfleet and the surrounding areas (backing as far back as Addlestone) due to roadworks and temporary traffic lights that have seen Woking bound services running up to 1 hour late. These lights are in place for the next 13 weeks. Due to the late running certain trips on the 456 at peak times may be curtailed. We will provide a further update this afternoon.
Due to road works in St Johns Guildford Bound 28 services are running upto 1 hour late arriving at Guildford, this has ment that due to this late running certain peek hour trips on the 28 will be curtailed.

We have been notified of a road closure between Brookwood and Pirbright on Monday the 18th March 2019.
The road will be closed at the railway bridge at Dawney Hill in both directions between 09:30 and 15:30 so between these times the route will not serve Brookwood or Pirbright Camp, in the Guildford direction it will divert at the Brookwood Traffic lights going Straight on towards Guildford, turning right onto Cemetery Pales, White Hart Corner, Ave De Cagny and then left onto Guildford Road back to normal line of route. This will be reversed in the opposite direction toward Woking.
All journeys before 09:30 and after 15:30 will follow normal line of route.
